It’s time again for our AGM- Annual General Membership Meeting.

This year’s meeting will be a hybrid meeting.

Where you choose if you want to attend in person in room SHA 133- (OTU North Campus) or online.

If you choose to attend in person- we will be supplying food so please place your order here:

• Wrapping up the  2021-22 academic year- The executive committee reports.
• the new budget for the 2022-23 Academic year
• Elections of the New Executive for the 2022/23 Academic Year.

How do you elect new PSAC555 Executive Officers?

You can nominate someone prior to the meeting or on the floor of the meeting.

The ballot box will be an online ballot box – open during the time of the elections at the AGM.

Please note *as per the PSAC Constitution, you must attend the AGM to vote.

And you have to be a full member- by signing a membership card.

There will be a finance committee meeting on Thursday, April 21st at 3:30 pm, open to all members to bring forth your ideas, resolution, and any community fund proposals you may have for the 2022/23 Academic Year Budget.
