Orientation to new TAs and Sessional Instructors
In August, PSAC 555 proudly welcomed our newest Teaching Assistants and Sessional Instructors
Ontario Tech University during a comprehensive orientation session. A brief interaction with PSAC
representatives provided an introduction to the union, an overview of key articles from the Collective
Agreement, and a helpful question-and-answer discussion. These efforts ensure our instructional team
is well-equipped for a successful and empowering academic year ahead.

Past Events
PSAC 555 recently hosted an insightful training session addressing racism, international worker rights,
and transgender rights in the workplace. Members explored practical ways to foster equity, challenge
discrimination, and advocate for inclusive policies across our campus community. The session
encouraged thoughtful dialogue and strengthened our collective commitment to creating a
respectful, supportive environment for all workers.
