How to access the site and get started?

Visit https://www.workhealthlife.com/ to find EFAP services and tools. To register, please follow these steps:

1. Select Register at the top of the workhealthlife.com page.
2. Type Ontario Tech U in the search box and select Search.
3. Select Ontario Tech University.
4. You will be prompted to create a unique profile with a username and password.

Once you have registered, you are able to quickly book services and have access to the online programs using your login credentials.
